During the winter 2011-2012, Nantes Métropole Habitat starts a rehabilitation program for the biggest low-income housing block of Nantes, France, that everybody in the neighborhood calls “le Building”. With 246 flats divided among 14 levels, this block of the 50’s incarnates the whole working class district of the Dervallières.
